Yes! Pharr has a Community Theater that is located at 203 W. Park Avenue.

The Commissioners' Room of the 'Old City Hall' has become a community theater for plays, for small ensembles and festivals for the performing arts to provide cultural opportunities to both young and old in the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. Currently, "Bird Brains", a one act play written and directed by Pedro Garcia, is offered for five more performances on July 23, 24 and 25th. Tickets are available at the door or may be purchased in advance by calling the PLP Office (956) 783-7746. And, in October tickets will be available for a new play, "Una Huelga Singular" written by Jose Manuel Alvarez. Information about auditions will be available soon.
